‘I will blow up Eknath Shinde’, Maharashtra CM receives death threat

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has received death threats. Calling the control room of Maharashtra Police, the caller said that he will blow up Eknath Shinde and after saying this, he disconnected the call.

Maharashtra Police had received a call from the control number 112. This call came late in the evening on Monday (April 10). The caller told the police that he would blow up Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Police arrested the caller

After the threat call to the CM, the police immediately became active and traced the location of the caller. After this the Pune police arrested the caller. The caller is a resident of Dharavi area of ​​Mumbai. During interrogation, it was found that the caller was under the influence of alcohol when he called.

The name of the person who threatened the Chief Minister is Rajesh Agawane. He was taken into custody from Warje area of ​​Pune. After Rajesh’s call, Maharashtra ATS and Mumbai Crime Branch were also looking for him.

A team of Mumbai Crime Branch also went to his house in Dharavi at night but could not be found there. Police found his location in Pune, after which Pune Police and Nagpur ATS team took him into custody and started further action.
