Apple CEO Tim Cook admired India, said while leaving – can’t wait to come back

Apple CEO Tim Cook has returned to the US after finishing his five-day visit to India. While leaving India, Tim Cook said in his last note that he cannot wait to come here again.
Let us tell you that on the occasion of completion of 25 years of Apple in India, CEO Tim Cook came. Here he started the Apple Store in India and met PM Narendra Modi, cabinet ministers and many businessmen.
Apple Store inaugurated
Tim Cook came to India and inaugurated the country’s first Apple Store in Mumbai on 18 April. After this, the second Apple Store was inaugurated in Delhi on 20 April. During the inauguration, queues of customers were seen at both the stores. The cook also did not disappoint the customers and clicked selfies with them.
PM Modi and many big businessmen met
Tim Cook met PM Modi on the third day of the first tour. During this, Cook thanked for the warm welcome in India. According to a PTI report, he had earlier met India’s richest businessman Mukesh Ambani and Tata Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran in Mumbai. There, on the last day, he met Sunil Bharti Mittal, founder and chairman of Bharti Group.
Tim Cook came in 2016
Earlier Tim Cook had come to India in 2016. After that in 2017, manufacturing of iPhone started in India. Today new models like Apple iPhone 14 are also being made in India. Let me tell you, due to deteriorating relations between America and China, Apple is shifting its production line to India. The company aims to shift a total of 25 per cent production to India. News agency PTI quoted sources as saying that in the financial year 2022-23, Apple had exported iPhones worth $ 5-5.5 billion from India.
