Uttarakhand: Harish Rawat’s book ‘Uttarakhandiyat’ reminded of political events!

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat’s book ‘Mera Jeevan Lakshya Uttarakhandiyat’ was inaugurated today in the capital Dehradun. Jagadguru Shankaracharya Raj Rajeshwarashram Maharaj inaugurated Harish Rawat’s book. Apart from Congress leaders, many leaders of Samajwadi Party and CPI were present on this occasion. In this book of more than 600 pages, Harish Rawat has mentioned the events that happened during his lifetime. In this book, questions have also been raised on the role of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Govind Ballabh Pant and former Chief Minister ND Tiwari.

On the occasion of book release, Harish Rawat said that he is grateful to Jagatguru Shankaracharya and all the people who expressed their affection. On the mention of Govind Ballabh Pant in the book, Harish Rawat said that this is a historical event, because, when it came to the division of Uttar Pradesh, Govind Ballabh Pant had told Nehru that this huge body of mine is Uttar Pradesh. It should not be divided, then during the tenure of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, when the matter of making Uttarakhand a union territory came to the fore, ND Tiwari had repeated the same thing giving the example of Govind Ballabh Pant.

Actually, in Harish Rawat’s book, from former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao to former Chief Minister Govind Ballabh Pant, former Chief Minister ND Tiwari has been mentioned. Page number 351 of the book Harish Rawat has mentioned that on his proposal the then PM PV Narasimha Rao agreed to make Uttarakhand a Union Territory. For this the leaders of Uttarakhand were called. He also invited Tiwari, but Tiwari was already angry for not being made a minister at the Centre. Taking his name in such a situation, he said that Govind Ballabh Pant had told Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru that the division of Uttar Pradesh would be on his dead body. He also thinks like this. Disappointed Rao left the meeting on hearing this. Slogans of Narasimha Rao Murdabad were raised in the meeting. Along with this, Harish Rawat has also mentioned all the developments in the book.

Congress people will raise questions on Harda’s book

BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, while answering the questions of the media on the book of former CM Harish Rawat, said that those who have been against the formation of Uttarakhand state and were caught on camera giving license to loot Uttarakhand, writing a book on Uttarakhandiyat is ridiculous. Is . He quipped, Harda’s book will prove to increase the infighting of the Congress party itself and bring out the reality. Answering the questions of journalists at the party headquarters, State President Bhatt questioned Harda’s moral authority for writing a book on Uttarakhandiyat. He said, in the 90s, he and the Congress leaders were trying their best to protest against the creation of a state, when things did not materialize, they started chanting for the creation of a union territory. Not only this, when he got the opportunity to become the Chief Minister, he was seen on camera promising to sell the license to the state to save his government. Expressing regret, he said, now shamelessly spreading knowledge on Uttarakhandiyat.

Bhatt sarcastically said, Harda’s book is going to cost the Congress only and will only increase the infighting in his party. He said, whatever pain they are narrating, all those sorrows have been given to them by their party leaders only.
