A heart-wrenching case of gang rape of a minor girl student has come to the fore. Three boys have been accused of carrying out the gangrape. It is being said that the matter is related to Darbhanga, Madhubani and Samastipur. An FIR was lodged against the three accused in the women’s police station. The police is probing the matter, but the accused are at large. It is being told that the victim girl is a resident of Nagar police station area of Darbhanga city.
Pulled on bike as soon as he left coaching
According to the victim in the gangrape case, on May 13, when she came out of the coaching class room, RDX Raj and Priyanshu forcibly made her sit on their bike. Then taken to a hotel in Laheriasarai. Vipul, a resident of Bahadurpur was already present there. He used to study with him. Before she could understand anything, he started forcing her. After this everyone raped in turn. Then everyone left the hotel room after locking it from outside.
Rape even after taking to Madhubani and Samastipur
After this, Vipul’s brother Anurag came to the hotel during the night. The victim girl told that Vipul’s brother told her to leave the house. Drunk out of the hotel on this pretext. As soon as he came out, he was taken to Madhubani and then to Samastipur. where they did wrong. Then showing the fear of pistol, got Hindi and English signed on a plain paper. During this, he was also given injections of intoxication and unconsciousness. They were talking about taking them from Samastipur to Bhagalpur. Dropped near Samastipur station on the pretext of food and then forced to sit in a Scorpio already parked there. Four-five people were already sitting in that car. They then brought him to Darbhanga and left him near Kilaghat.
Hotel owner also under suspicion
DSP Birju Paswan told the media that on the statement of the victim, a case of gangrape was registered in the women’s police station. Vipul Kumar, RDX Raju and Priyanshu have been made accused in this. Raids are going on for the arrest. The victim’s medical was done. CCTV footage has also been sought from the hotel owner. The role of Hotel Honor is also being probed.
