According to Hindu customs, Rubina has married her lover named Shesh Kumar Awasthi of her village by filling vermilion in her demand in the temple.
Ran away from the village, but was caught by the police, then both got married

Shesh and Rubina got married under the protection of the police. After that both went to the temple and worshiped. 15 days back both had eloped from the village to get married. Please tell that both Ruby and Shesh are residents of Shivpura village. Both met about 2 years ago. Ruby is 18 years old and she is a student of Bachelor. Whereas, the rest is 21 years old and does a private job. About 15 days ago, both of them ran away from the village and went to Mumbai to get married.
Police caught both after complaint
The family of the girl’s side had complained about this to the police. Those people had registered a case against Shesh for abducting their daughter. The family said that their daughter is a minor and Shesh has taken her away by allurement. Seeing the tense atmosphere in the village, the police recovered both of them from Mumbai. After that the girl was sent to the One Stop Center. The boy was kept in police custody. Rubina says that she will remain a Hindu for the rest of her life.
The court gave permission to both of them to marry according to their wish
On June 3, both were produced before the court. There 164 statements of the girl were taken. At the same time, statements of the boys were also taken, in which it was revealed that both of them had an affair. Both said in the court that they wanted to get married. At the same time, the girl also showed her mark sheet, which proved that she was an adult. After which, the court allowed both of them to marry of their own accord. On June 6, lawyer Dinesh Jaiswal got the papers prepared for Rubina to become a Hindu. After that both were married under police protection. Kanhaiya Lal Awasthi, father-in-law of a Muslim girl who became Ruby Awasthi from Rubina, says that “We do not care about religion, there is no caste of a girl, the girl who became Ruby Awasthi from Rubina is now our daughter-in-law.”
After the marriage of both, the boy’s father says that he is very happy with this marriage. His family has adopted Ruby from the heart. It doesn’t matter to them which religion she belongs to. For us she is now our daughter-in-law. My blessings are with both. May both always be together, be happy.
