Uttar Pradesh / Shahjahanpur: Wanted to marry friend as a boy, friend killed her in the name of changing gender from tantrik! Police disclosed
In Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a girl was in homosexual love with her friend, she wanted to marry him. For this, she went to a tantrik to change her gender (from girl to boy). The tantrik killed the girl. Two months ago, the relatives lodged a missing report of the girl. Now after the girl’s skeleton has been recovered, the police have arrested the tantrik and the girl’s friend while investigating.
Poonam, a resident of Thana RC Mission area, had gone missing from her house on 18 April. On April 26, his brother lodged a missing report at the police station. Since then the police was looking for the girl. During investigation, the police came to know that the girl wanted to marry her friend Preeti, a resident of Puwayan in Shahjahanpur.
After this, on Sunday, May 18, a girl’s skeleton was recovered from Tehsil Mohammadi of Lakhimpur. When the police investigated, it was found that the skeleton belonged to Poonam.
Poonam wanted to marry her friend
Police say that Poonam was in a homosexual relationship with Preeti, a resident of Puwayan, she wanted to get married. Poonam used to live in the style of a boy. Preeti’s marriage relationship was breaking because of Poonam. After this, Preeti’s mother Urmila contacted Ramnivas, a resident of Mohammadi tehsil of Lakhimpur Kheri. Ramnivas is a mason by profession, but he also does exorcism.
Friend’s relatives had given money to Tantrik for murder
Earlier, Preeti’s family members had got her exorcised from Ramnivas. He believed in Ram Nivas. He told Poonam the reason for Preeti not getting married and asked to give Rs 1.5 lakh to Ramnivas in exchange for getting her out of the way. Along with this, 5 thousand rupees were given in advance.
Called in the forest, killed during Tantra Mantra
Ramnivas called Preeti and Poonam to the nearby forest. There he talked about getting both of them married. He told Poonam that I will convert you from a girl to a boy by Tantra Vidya. After this, Ramnivas again called Poonam to the forest, there he performed tantra mantra on Poonam and as soon as he saw the opportunity, he killed her by continuously attacking her with a pot. After this, the dead body was hidden in the bushes of the forest.
What did SP City say about the incident?
In this case, SP City Sudhir Jaiswal says that on May 18, through surveillance and electronic evidence, the police recovered Poonam’s skeleton on the banks of the Gomti river in dense forests in Mohammadi tehsil of Lakhimpur Kheri. There Poonam’s brother Parminder identified Poonam by looking at her clothes.
A case was registered on the complaint of Parvinder. Parvinder alleged that Ramnivas, Preeti and her mother Urmila had killed his sister. The police have arrested Tantrik Ramnivas and Poonam’s friend Preeti. Preeti’s mother Urmila is still absconding, the police is trying to arrest her.
