Uttar Pradesh / Rampur: Thief turned monkey! Ran away from the registry office with a bag full of notes, the owner’s breath got stuck!
A unique theft took place outside the registry office in Tehsil Shahabad of Rampur. A monkey thief stole Rs 1.5 lakh from the trunk of a bike parked in the parking lot of the office and ran away. Since this act of the monkey was captured on the phone, the person whose money went missing started chasing the monkey. At last the monkey also understood that this money was not going to do him any good and he threw away the bag containing the money.
This incident happened on Tuesday. The bike was parked outside the registry office. The monkey was searching the trunks of the bike in search of food. Seeing him in the video, it seemed that he has been doing this before. Meanwhile, he saw a heavy bag in Sharafat Hussain’s trunk. In the greed of food, he ran away with that bag.
Sharafat Hussain had brought Rs 1.5 lakh for a sale deed. Seeing his hard earned money going like this, he ran after the monkey. The monkey climbed a tree. A crowd gathered below. Sharafat Hussain adopted all the tricks to get back that bag from the monkey. After some hard work, the monkey dropped the bag. Thankfully the money kept in it was safe and sound. On this whole matter, the local administration said that soon this problem of monkeys will be controlled with the help of the forest department.
