This case of Unnao is of Korari Kala village under Achalganj police station area. Here Vijay Pal Singh’s son Udayveer Singh reached the SP office and made many allegations against his wife. Vijay Pal Singh told that he was married in the year 2010 with a girl from Makhi police station area. Then she was a student of Inter. After this he taught him to write. As soon as he passed his graduation, he got a job in the police in 2016. Since then she never returned home.
Vijay Pal Singh said, “After marriage, I was living with my wife following the religion of wife. She was also very happy. There was never any dispute between us. Everything went on smoothly. After two years in 2012, the wife expressed her desire to do the job. He wanted to do a government job. He read I was not doing any work at that time. To fulfill the wish of my wife, I started working hard.
Selection was done in the police recruitment in 2013
Vijay Pal said, “There should be no deficiency in his studies. I worked hard for this and kept paying his fees while working hard. In the year 2013, when the police recruitment came, my wife got selected. After completing the recruitment process, she got recruited in 2016 as a constable in the police department. After this she came to JTC Reserve Police Line Unnao in Unnao. Even at that time, while working hard, I kept sending him expenses by taking loans. During training, she went to Lucknow RTC from Unnao. At this time my father took 50 thousand rupees in interest and gave it to her so that the daughter-in-law does not have any problem.
He further said, “After this the wife was posted in Barabanki. From here his nature started changing. He started having an affair with someone else. After this, she slowly went on breaking ties with me. When I came to know about this, I tried to explain to him. But she said I am in the police. I will do whatever I want, who are you to stop.
The constable’s husband said, “Despite there being no dispute between us, she filed a case against me in the Unnao court in 2019 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. It is still sub judice. Despite this my wife’s father has fixed her second marriage. He got engaged on 16 July. This information has been given to me by a woman constable living very close to him. This is wrong with the rules and regulations. I am not divorced yet. How can she marry another while I am alive.
Getting death threats
It was alleged that the father of Vijay Pal’s wife and his brother threatened to kill him. According to Vijay Pal, “My father-in-law and wife’s brother say that if you come on the court date, they will get you killed. Because of which I am running hither and thither. He is in the police, so I could not even gather the courage to go to the police. I request sir to stop her second marriage. Legal action should be taken.
In the whole matter, we tried to talk to Vijay’s wife on the phone, but at first she did not pick up the phone. After this, his sister while talking on the phone said that all the allegations made by Vijay are false. Will get divorced in two to four days.
