Uttarakhand / Dehradun: On the initiative of DM Sonika, unnecessarily pending heritage cases were resolved

On Tehsil Day in Dehradun, District Magistrate Sonika started a new initiative in Tehsil Sadar by organizing a special camp Adhikla Kharij, disposing of a large number of undisputed inheritance cases and admission rejections. In the organized camp, settlement of undisputed inheritance cases, rejection of undisputed admission, as well as settlement of pension, certificate etc. problems of public were done.

Tehsil Day was conducted in the presence of District Magistrate. The District Magistrate himself got the cases settled by sitting in the court. This initiative of the District Magistrate instilled confidence in the people. The camp will be held next Tuesday as well. The District Magistrate instructed the Lekhpal/Patwaris of Tehsil Sadar to publicize the camp in the area so that people can come to the camp and get their cases resolved. In future, cases of undisputed inheritance will be settled by organizing camps at the village level. Appreciating the initiative of the District Magistrate, the complainants expressed their gratitude after the District Magistrate organized a special admission rejection camp in the tehsil. On listening to the complaints seriously and getting them resolved by the District Magistrate, a sense of happiness was visible on the faces of the complainants and expressed thanks to the District Magistrate and the district administration while expressing faith.

2225 undisputed admissions were rejected and 50 legacy cases disposed of, 10 cases pending in the Tehsildar court for a long time were settled in the special admission camp organized on the initiative of the District Magistrate. Apart from this, complaints were received on Tehsil Day regarding pension, name correction, name change in Aadhaar card, Kisan Credit Card, road opening, land demarcation, CWS application etc. People welcomed this initiative of the District Magistrate.

After the Tehsil Day, the District Magistrate took a meeting of all officers, personnel and accountants and gave necessary instructions. Work sensitively on public issues. Listen seriously to the problems of public and behave sweetly. Special admission rejection camp will be organized again on next Tehsil Day on Tuesday. Instructions were given to invite village heads in the next camp. Instructions for settlement of undisputed inheritance cases. Instructions to give copy of Khatauni to all Lekhpal and Patwaris. Go to the village level, talk to the village head and take information about the cases of undisputed inheritance and settle the cases quickly. The District Magistrate directed that the file should not be kept pending unnecessarily, the Lekhpal/Patwari should visit the area and become aware of the situation in the area and give reports along with facts on various cases, so that the file could be resolved quickly as per the rules.

On this occasion, Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Ramjisharan Sharma, Deputy District Magistrate Sadar Naresh Chandra Durgapal, Deputy District Magistrate Amrita Sharma, Tehsildar Sadar Mau Shadab and concerned officers/personnel, Lekhpal were present.

Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
