‘TMC MP Mahua Moitra asked questions in Parliament regarding money’, Nishikant Dubey complains to Speaker

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has written a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker and given a complaint against Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra. He says that Mahua Moitra asked questions in the Lok Sabha on the request of a Mumbai businessman. For this he was given cash and gifts. Nishikant claims that lawyer Jai Ananth Dehadrai has also given him evidence in this regard.

BJP MP says that Mahua Moitra asked about 50 out of total 61 questions in Parliament which were related to security. This matter is very serious. Which reminds of the ‘Cash for Query’ episode of 12 December 2005 related to asking questions in Parliament in exchange for money. 11 MPs had lost their membership in this.

‘The evidence has arrived, it has been exposed’

Nishikant wrote in his complaint, whenever the House was in session, Mahua and Saugata Roy always kept disturbing the House. The motive behind this was to prevent the government from raising issues related to public interest. Now evidence has come that money and gifts were taken in exchange for questions, so she has been exposed.

‘Form an investigation committee in the speaker case’

The BJP MP demands that the Speaker form an inquiry committee in this matter. Until the committee’s investigation is completed, Mahua should be suspended from the membership of the Lok Sabha. Along with the letter sent to the Speaker, he has also given the letter of the complainant.

‘Did Mahua take money from Hiranandani?’

In this matter, West Bengal BJP General Secretary and MLA Agnimitra Paul has said that on the allegations of Nishikant Dubey, we want to know whether Mahua Moitra has taken money from Hiranandani. This should be investigated. If proved, he should be dismissed from the post of MP. Hiranandani Group’s statement has also come in this matter. It says that the allegations are baseless. We do business, not politics. Our group has always worked with the government in the interest of the country.

In this matter, TMC MP Mahua Moitra taunted and said, ‘I am using my ill-gotten gains and gifts to buy a college/university. So that ‘Degree Dubey’ can buy a real degree. Lok Sabha Speaker please complete the investigation against him for false affidavit. Then form a committee to investigate me.

She further said, cases of breach of privileges are pending against the ‘fake degree seller’ and others. Any proposal against me is welcome immediately after action is taken against him.
