Uttar Pradesh: In Kanpur Tuition teacher killed businessman’s son with her boyfriend

In Kanpur, a businessman’s son was murdered after kidnapping. This murder was carried out by her tuition teacher along with her lover. Initial investigation has revealed that the murder was done for ransom of Rs 30 lakh. CCTV footage of this entire incident has also surfaced.

In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a high school student was brutally murdered by his tuition teacher along with his lover. On Tuesday, the student’s body was recovered from the house of the teacher’s lover Prabhat Shukla. The conspiracy to murder the student was hatched by his tuition teacher Rachita along with her lover. Prabhat Shukla takes the student to a store room near his house. After this the door closes from inside. After about 35 minutes, Prabhat Shukla comes out of the store room, but the student is not seen leaving. This entire incident is captured in the CCTV camera installed there. Prabhat kills the student between 4:30 and 5:30 pm on Monday. After this, to misguide the police and family members, a ransom letter of Rs 30 lakh is thrown into the house, in which Allah Hu Akbar is also written.

Manish Kanodia, living in Archay Nagar of Raipurwa police station area, has a clothes business in Surat. Along with this, he has a big clothes shop in Pirod, Kanpur. Manish Kanodia’s son Kushagra Kanodia (16) is a high school student at Jaipuria School. The student had left for coaching at 4 pm on Monday evening. When Kushagra did not return home till late night, a search was started for him. When the family members went to the coaching center and found out that he had not even reached the coaching center. After this his friends were interrogated, but nothing was found about him.

30 lakh ransom

Kushagra used to go to study coaching from a teacher named Rachita. Last Monday at 4 pm, Kushagra had left for coaching on Scooty, but Kushagra mysteriously goes missing. The family members were searching for Kushagra, meanwhile, late on Monday night, a person reached home on a scooter with a handkerchief tied around his mouth, wrapped it with a stone and threw the ransom letter inside the house. A ransom of Rs 30 lakh was demanded in that letter, but the accused who threw the ransom letter also gets captured in the CCTV camera.

Dead body found in store room

Joint CP Anand Prakash Tiwari said that investigation so far has revealed that there is a store room next to the house of accused Prabhat Shukla, where the dead body of the student was found. Accused Prabhat Shukla is seen going in the CCTV camera. There are three cameras installed on the street leading to that store room. It is clearly visible in the camera that the accused is walking ahead in that street and the student is following him. After this, the room inside the store is closed from inside and the accused and the deceased student remain inside for about 30 to 35 minutes. The cameras installed there record every activity outside that store.

The teacher was present at a distance of 10 meters from the place of murder

After this, it is seen in the CCTV footage that after 35 to 40 minutes, accused Prabhat Shukla comes out of the store room. Prabhat also has a house 10 meters away and is seen going to his house in the CCTV footage. Female teacher Rachita was also present at the house of accused Prabhat Shukla, 10 meters away from the place where Kushagra was murdered. Rachita is also seen leaving Prabhat’s house. After this, an associate of the accused is also seen on camera, who goes inside Prabhat’s house. The door of the store room where the murder took place was not reopened. The police team itself has opened it.

Took away the student and killed him

He told that the forensic team has given its initial report. It is clear from it that the student was murdered between 4:30 and 5:15. Along with this, we have also arrested the person who had gone to the student’s house to throw the ransom letter. Along with this, the scooter from which the ransom letter was used to be thrown has been recovered. Rachita, Prabhat Shukla and their associate have been arrested in this incident. Interrogation of all of them is continuing. The interrogation of the accused is going on regarding the reason for the murder. One thing is clear that the student has followed the accused of his own free will. After this, he dies after 30 to 35 minutes, this is a matter of investigation. A ransom letter was sent, it may have been done to misguide. There was a love affair between Rachita and Prabhat.
