Uttarakhand / Haldwani: Gas refilling was being done through water motor, revealed in city magistrate’s raid.

City Magistrate Richa Singh has busted the illegal business of gas refilling in Haldwani. It is being told that gas refilling was being done through a water motor. This was revealed in the raid by the City Magistrate. A case has been registered against the accused.

It is being told that City Magistrate Richa Singh had received a complaint that the business of illegal refilling was being done in a warehouse in the colony near ITI on Rampur Road. Taking cognizance of the complaint, the City Magistrate reached the spot. On the spot, refilling of domestic and commercial cylinders was being done in a different manner by some people.

Three water motors captured
City Magistrate told that these people were refilling gas through water motor. A case of this type has come to light for the first time. At present, three water motors which refill a large number of domestic and commercial gas cylinders have been seized and sealed by the Supply Department.

Illegal warehouse sealed
City Magistrate Richa Singh said that the illegally running warehouse has also been sealed by the administration. A case has been registered against Pradeep Jaiswal and his other associates who did illegal refilling. Along with this, illegal electricity connections are also being investigated.
