Uttar Pradesh: Yogi government will build a house on the land occupied by Mukhtar Ansari, know who will get these flats
The troubles of Uttar Pradesh’s famous muscleman and former MLA Mukhtar Ansari do not seem to be reducing. The latest news is that Yogi government will now build houses for the poor on the land occupied by Mukhtar Ansari. According to reports, Lucknow Development Authority will build cheap flats for the poor on about 20 thousand square feet in Dalibagh area of Lucknow. Let us tell you that this land was the benami property of Mukhtar Ansari which was confiscated. Now LDA is going to build 2 apartments here which will have 4 floors.
Flats will be ready in a year
Talking about this, Vice Chairman of Lucknow Development Authority Indramani Tripathi said that a total of 72 houses will be built in Dalibagh which will be sold to the poor at cheap rates. Lucknow Development Authority says that these flats will be ready in about a year. Earlier, the Yogi government had vacated the land of Mafia Atiq Ahmed’s henchman in Prayagraj and constructed cheap flats for the poor there. In Prayagraj also, 72 flats were built and given to the poor through lottery. CM Yogi had handed over the keys of these flats to the poor.
Mukhtar has been punished in 7 cases
For the last few months, Yogi government’s action against all the mafias including Mukhtar Ansari is continuing. Yogi government has either confiscated the assets worth Rs 600 crore of Mukhtar and his henchmen or bulldozers have been used on them. Not only this, in the last 15 months, by strong advocacy in the court, the Yogi government has also got Mukhtar Ansari punished in 7 cases. Recently, a court in Varanasi had convicted Mukhtar Ansari in the case of threatening Mahavir Prasad Rungta, brother of coal businessman Nandkishore Rungta, and sentenced him to 5.5 years of imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000.
