Uttarakhand: Inspector was doing this act in the police station, SSP suspended him

SSP Pramendra Dobal has suspended the accused inspector Pankaj Kumar, who ran away after seeing the vigilance team in the case of demanding bribe. The investigation of the entire matter has been handed over to CO Jwalapur Niharika Semwal. Here, nothing has been found about the Inspector yet.

Late on Wednesday evening, the vigilance team from Dehradun had raided Shantarshah outpost of Bahadrabad police station to arrest the investigating officer Pankaj Kumar who was demanding Rs 40 thousand. PRD jawan Surendra who was taking bribe money was caught by Vigilance.

The Vigilance team had searched for the Inspector but could not find him. Late in the night, the vigilance team had left for Dehradun with the accused PRD jawan. Due to which there was panic in the police. After the report of CO Jwalapur Niharika Semwal on Thursday, the accused Inspector Pankaj Kumar has been suspended. SSP said that the investigation has been handed over to CO Jwalapur.
