Big order of Supreme Court in Gyanvapi case, approval given for cleaning the tank containing alleged Shivling
The Supreme Court has given a big order on Tuesday in the Gyanvapi case. The court has given permission to clean the tank containing the alleged Shivalinga located in the sealed area of Gyanvapi. The Hindu side had filed a petition in this matter on January 2. The Hindu side said that the sealed area should be cleaned. Because the fish grown in it are dying and due to lack of cleanliness, the smell is spreading.
It is noteworthy that the area containing Shivalinga was sealed on the orders of the Supreme Court. The area where the alleged Shivalinga is located is filled with water. In which there are fishes also. Due to the death of these fish, a foul smell is spreading there. Therefore, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court and a demand has been made to direct the District Magistrate Varanasi for cleaning.
The Supreme Court, while hearing this case on Tuesday, January 16, has given instructions for cleaning the tank. The Supreme Court has said that the alleged Shivalinga should not be tampered with. The cleaning of the tank should be under the supervision of DM Varanasi. The Supreme Court said that care should also be taken that the previous order is not disobeyed. Nothing should be tampered with. The Muslim side has also agreed to this.
