Uttarakhand: Encounter in Dehradun, Inspector shot, criminal also injured

Haryana’s criminal, who escaped after shooting his wife, had an encounter with the police. In the encounter, the accused shot the inspector in the stomach. Let us tell you that in search of the person who shot the woman, the police had tracked the woman’s husband Shubham.

It was reported that the accused was hiding in a hotel in Mussoorie. After which the police searched the hotels of Mussoorie. On Saturday night, the police saw the accused Shubham, resident of Haryana, outside a hotel in Mussoorie. As soon as the police moved towards the accused, the elder accused opened fire on the stomach of Inspector Mithun Kumar.

In retaliation, the police also shot the accused in the leg. At present the injured inspector and the accused have been admitted to Max Hospital for treatment. The condition of both is now said to be out of danger. According to the information, the accused had also murdered his father. Two pistols and two magazines have been recovered from the accused.

On January 13, a woman was found in an unconscious state under the Badasi bridge on Raipur Thano Road. The woman was admitted to Doon Hospital for treatment. When the woman’s head was operated on, a bullet was found from her head. Since then the search was on for the woman’s husband.

Tania, resident of Haridwar, was married to Shubham Prabhu Dayal, resident of Sonipat, Haryana in 2020. After marriage, Tania lived with her husband in Sonipat. Tania’s sister Kavya told during interrogation that her sister had less contact with us after marriage.

After marriage, she came home only 4-5 times with her husband and father-in-law. Tania had told her sister Kavya in a conversation that there was a dispute going on for some time between her father-in-law and his brothers regarding land. After which his father-in-law had gone away from home. Since then there was no news of Tania and her husband Shubham.

CM Dhami took cognizance of the matter
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken cognizance of the matter. Taking cognizance of the incident, CM Dhami has instructed SSP Ajay Singh for better treatment of the injured inspector and to take strict legal action against the accused Shubham.
