Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has alleged that on January 20, while CM Hemant was giving statement to Soren, the central government was preparing to attack the CM residence through CRPF. A conspiracy was hatched to arrest the Chief Minister. JMM general secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya said that by sending such a large number of CRPF personnel, the central government wanted to arrest the CM at any cost, so that President’s rule could be imposed in the state. He also said that an aircraft was also deployed at Ranchi Airport so that the Chief Minister could be arrested and taken to Delhi.

JMM general secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya said that CRPF officers and soldiers wanted to instigate violence by provoking JMM workers, but the workers showed patience. He also said that Governor CP Radhakrishnan was sitting ready to recommend President’s rule at Raj Bhavan. He also claimed that all the evidence of wrong action by CRPF is available. FIR against CRPF IG, Commandant and 500 unidentified soldiers

An FIR has been lodged at Gonda police station on Monday on the complaint of Magistrate cum Ranchi CO Munshi Ram against CRPF IG, Commandant and 500 unidentified soldiers. FIR has been lodged under sections 143, 188 and 353. In the FIR lodged by the CO, it is alleged that on January 20, 2024, at 2.30 pm, CRPF officers and soldiers in 10 big vehicles started trying to go towards the government residence of CAZ Hemant Soren on Kanke Road. During this time, he himself along with the officials present there stopped him from going inside the barricading. During this, CRPF officials were told that the district administration was told that complete security arrangements have been made by the district administration. The district administration has not requested cooperation from CRPF. In such a situation, a law and order problem arose due to your arrival with armed soldiers without the permission of the district administration. Due to the implementation of Section 144 in the CM residence and the surrounding area by the order of the Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer, there is a ban on going with weapons within the 500 meter area. They were requested to return to their camp, but they were unwilling to comply. They kept engaging forcefully with the officers and police forces. CRPF people were saying that under the orders of CRPF IG and Commandant, they had to go to the Chief Minister’s residence. After this, CRPF jawans stationed their vehicles near the back gate of ATI and CM residence. The siege started by the soldiers. The situation was brought under control after much effort.

FIR also registered against JMM supporters

Here, Kanke CO cum Magistrate Jai Kumar Ram has also lodged an FIR against JAM supporters and common people in Gonda police station. It said that around 11 am on January 20, JMM workers and common people started raising slogans against the ED action near Kanke Road Ram Mandir Tiraha. These people were informed about the implementation of Section 144 in the area, but they were not ready to move away and were protesting in an unauthorized gathering. In the case of demonstration by 200 members of Bhim Army in the section 144 area, an FIR has been lodged in Gonda police station on behalf of CO Munshi Ram.

Babulal said – scaring the Central Investigation Agency and CRPF will be costly

Here, BJP State President Babulal Marandi released the video of the Chief Minister’s speech at Justice LPN Shah Dev Chowk on January 20 and demanded action from the administration. Babulal Marandi said that on the night of January 20, where Section 144 was imposed at LPN Shah Dev Chowk adjacent to the CM residence, the Chief Minister was shamelessly flouting the law with his officials.
