‘What harm have dogs done to BJP people?’, Rahul Gandhi said on the video of feeding biscuits

A video of Rahul Gandhi feeding biscuits to a dog while sitting on the roof of a car during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra is going viral. It is seen in this video that when the dog does not eat the biscuit, the Congress MP gives it to a worker standing nearby. BJP attacked Rahul Gandhi regarding this video. When Rahul was asked about this, he replied.

Rahul Gandhi said during the press conference, “What is the issue in this? When that dog was brought to me, he was completely nervous. He was trembling. I gave him a biscuit to eat, but he did not eat, so I gave that biscuit to that person and told him to feed it. Later the dog ate that biscuit. What is the obsession of BJP people? What harm have the dogs done to them?”

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has also attacked Rahul Gandhi regarding this viral video. He said, “Not only Rahul Gandhi but his entire family tried to feed me this biscuit, but could not.”

Actually, a woman named Pallavi had shared this video on social media, tagging Himanta Biswa Sarma and wrote that after Himanta, now Rahul Gandhi gave biscuits from a dog’s plate to another Congress supporter. Responding to this, the Chief Minister of Assam has written, “Pallavi ji, not only Rahul Gandhi but the entire family could not feed me that biscuit. I am proud to be Assamese and Indian. I refused to eat biscuits and resigned from Congress.”

Amit Malviya targeted Congress

BJP IT Cell Chief Amit Malviya had also targeted Rahul Gandhi on this incident. He has taken a dig at Rahul Gandhi and party president Mallikarjun Kharge.

Malviya wrote, “Just a few days ago, Congress President Kharge ji had compared the party’s booth agents to dogs and now Rahul Gandhi is feeding biscuits to a dog during his tour and when the dog did not eat, he gave the same biscuits. Gave it to my worker.”
