Uttarakhand / Pauri: 2 real brothers raped minor girl, revealed during labor pain
A case of rape of a minor has come to light from Pauri district of Uttarakhand. The minor was gang raped by two real brothers. After which the minor became pregnant. The minor has given statements in the court against both the youths. On the basis of the statement, both the brothers have been arrested and sent to jail. A case has been registered against the accused under POCSO Act.
The minor’s father had lodged a complaint at the women’s police station, Srinagar on 20 February. In the complaint given to the police, it was told that gang rape had been carried out with the minor. On this, two real brothers, Satish Lal, aged 26, and Vasudev Kumar, aged 28, residents of Bhelgarh village, have been arrested.
When the girl started having stomach ache, her family took her to the hospital, where investigation revealed that the victim was suffering from labour. On which the victim gave birth to a child in the joint hospital. Both the accused are real brothers. Satish Lal is a truck driver and Vasudev is a traditional musical instrument player.
