Two years of Dhami government of Uttarakhand completed…Chief Minister paid tribute to Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev

Seminar programs were organized on completion of two years of Dhami government. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who reached the seminar organized by Dehradun BJP Metropolitan, paid tribute to Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev on the completion of his two-year tenure.

On completing his two-year term, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday presented the major achievements of his government. He said that in these two years, his government faced the challenges boldly and took tough decisions in the interest of the unemployed, women and Devbhoomi.

The Chief Minister said that while a law was made to stop cheating, the recruitment process should also be expedited. The result of this is that there has not been as much recruitment in the Public Service Commission in 22 years as it has been in the last two and a half years. He presented the figures before the media that 6859 youth got jobs through Public Service Commission in 22 years, while 7600 were appointed in two and a half years.

In a press conference held at the BJP’s media centre, the CM said that we have fulfilled all the promises we made to the public during the elections. BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal, State General Secretary Aditya Kothari were present in the press conference.

Overcome challenges

CM said that many challenges also emerged during his two-year tenure. Joshimath landslide, Silkyara tunnel accident occurred. We were successful in overcoming these challenges. We took tough decisions and made tough laws.

UCC made, will implement soon

The Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is the first state in the country to enact UCC law. The bill has been approved by the President. A committee has been formed to implement the law. This committee will soon complete its work and implement UCC. With the implementation of UCC, the doubts of many people will also be cleared. This law is for the good of everyone. Women will be empowered.

Strict laws should be made to deal with copying, conversion and rioting

CM said that the crime of copying was going on for years. We have brought the strictest law against this cheating of youth in competitive examinations. Devbhoomi has a distinct identity. We made a law to stop conversion. Anti-riot law was also made to deal with anarchic elements and rioters.

Gave 30 percent reservation to women

The Chief Minister said that mother power has the urge to move forward. The state government has launched many schemes to empower them. Enacted a law for 30 percent horizontal reservation in government jobs for the women of the state.

Strict laws made in two years, doors of employment opened

Dhami 2.0 government’s tenure has completed two years. On completion of two years of the government, CM Dhami enumerated the achievements of his government. In which CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand is moving forward on the path of all-round development through the Investors Summit. CM Dhami said that his government has taken historic decisions regarding anti-copying law, conversion law and UCC.

People broke the myth of the state

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the tenure of the elected government of the state has completed two years. This is the first time after the formation of the state when the myth was broken in the state and any political party was given the opportunity to serve for the second consecutive time. For the first time after the formation of the state, many major achievements have been achieved during this two-year tenure. Besides, big challenges also came during these two years of tenure.

Government brought strict laws

CM Dhami said that his government passed the UCC in the Assembly. After this he was sent to Raj Bhavan. From where after getting consent it was sent to Rashtrapati Bhavan. After getting the consent, a committee has been formed which is doing its work, in such a situation, after the completion of the work of the committee, it will be implemented in the state. As soon as the Act comes into force, everyone’s doubts will be cleared. The safety of every section of people has been ensured in this law. Along with this, anti-copying law, anti-conversion law, anti-riot law have been implemented. Apart from this, a provision has been made to give the benefit of 30 percent horizontal reservation to the women of the state.

‘House of Himalaya Brand’ prepared

CM Dhani said that 1064 was made to free from corruption. So that Uttarakhand can be made a corruption free state. In many areas where the Revenue Police used to work, the General Police has been removed and deployed. The budget has increased significantly compared to 2012. A large number of people came to the Global Investors Summit. Till now the grounding process of Rs 81 thousand crore is going on. ‘House of Himalaya Brand’ has been prepared to brand the products of the state.

Two new cities will be established in Uttarakhand

Haridwar-Rishikesh Ganga Corridor will be completed by 2026 and along with Sharda Corridor, two new cities will be established in the state. Jamrani Dam Project and Song Dam Project have been approved. Approval of Rs 1700 crore has been received for the reconstruction of Joshimath. Heli connectivity has been promoted in the state under the UDAN scheme. Which will be started in all the districts. Dehradun Airport has been made a much better airport which is counted among the selected airports of the country. Land has been acquired to make Pantnagar Airport an international airport. Soon we will be able to reach Delhi from Dehradun in just a few hours.

The process of providing employment is going on rapidly in the state

The facilities in Chardham Yatra have been greatly improved. The recruitment process is going on at a fast pace in all the departments. 6635 youth have been given employment in the last two years through the Public Service Commission. In 22 years only 7600 youth were given employment. The process of providing employment to the youth is in progress. Various scholarship schemes have been started for students. 207 tests are being conducted free of cost in government hospitals. Medicines are being delivered to remote areas through drones. Under the scheme of Lakhpati Didi, women are being made millionaires.

Double engine government working at speed

CM Dhami said that under the double engine government, more than 60 lakh people are being benefited from the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. 9 lakh people are getting benefits under Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Lord Ram is worshiped by everyone. For this, it has been decided to build a guest house in Ayodhya. For which land has also been given by the UP government. Other parties are working to divide the people of the country. This alliance of opposition parties is just an illusion. Rahul Gandhi has given the statement of abolishing the Shakti which we worship in the Sanatan tradition.
