Uttarakhand: Heli service will also start for Badrinath Dham and Hemkund Sahib
There is good news for the devotees visiting Badrinath Dham and Hemkund Sahib. Let us tell you that this time pilgrims will get helicopter facility from Gauchar and Govind Ghat. This heli service will be available for three hours a day.
Heli service will start from this date
According to the information, operation of heli service for Hemkund Sahib will start from May 25. Whereas the heli service of Badrinath Dham is being considered to start from May 12.
Heli service will operate for three hours
Civil Aviation Department Chief Executive Officer C. Ravi Shankar said that on the request of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee and Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib Trust, it has been decided to start heli service this time for these two pilgrimage sites also. Heli service will operate from Gauchar to Badrinath and Hemkund Sahib for three hours during the day when there is less crowd of devotees.
