Uttarakhand: The young man had come to Siddhabali temple with his family, died due to drowning in the river while bathing, chaos among the family members

Sad news is coming out from Pauri. A young man from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh had come to visit Siddhabali temple with his mother and brother. The young man died due to drowning in the river. There is chaos among the family members of the young man after the incident.

The incident is of Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Vasu Beas (24), son of Sudhir Sharma, resident of Meerut. According to the information, Kotwal Manibhushan Srivastava said that Vasu along with his mother, brother and other people of the city had come in a bus to visit the Siddhabali temple of Kotdwar. After offering prayers in the temple, Vasu and his brother went down to the Beas river and started taking bath.

Death due to drowning in the river while bathing
It is being told that the Irrigation Department has built a dam to stop the water in the river by running water in the Eastern Khoh Canal. They had no idea of its depth. Due to which Vasu drowned in deep water. The other brother lost his senses after seeing his brother drowning. When he raised an alarm, people nearby reached the spot.

There is mourning among the family due to the death of the young man
People pulled the young man out of the river and took him to the base hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. There is mourning among the young man’s family after the incident. The police have taken the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem.
