Uttarakhand / Kashipur: Uncontrolled car collides with a pole, two people injured, power cut in half the city

News of road accident is coming from Kashipur. Late at night the car went out of control and collided with a pillar. Two people are said to be injured in the accident. Due to the collision with the pole, power supply to half the city came to a standstill.

The accident happened around 1 o’clock last night. According to the information, a car went out of control and collided with an 11 thousand KV line just in front of the Government Polytechnic. Due to which two pillars were damaged and broken. The collision was so severe that even the front part of the car was blown away. Two people were traveling in the car during the accident. The injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment. The condition of both is said to be better.
Half the city lost electricity due to the accident
Due to the accident, electricity supply to half the city came to a standstill. Due to which people are forced to live in darkness. After receiving information about power outage, officials and employees of the electricity department reached the spot to restore power supply. Officials say that power supply is likely to be restored only after the next few hours. Currently work is being done.
