Uttarakhand: Police arrested four accused in Tarsem Singh murder case

Udham Singh Nagar police has arrested four accused in the murder case of Baba Tarsem Singh, head of Dera Karseva of Nanakmatta in Rudrapur. Whereas the main accused who carried out the murder are still out of the reach of the police.
Police arrested four accused
Giving information, SSP Udham Singh Nagar Manjunath TC said that to uncover the matter, different teams were being formed and raids were being conducted in other states including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, who else was involved in the incident was also being investigated.
Gave shelter to Baba’s killers
SSP said that on the basis of surveillance and CCTV footage, the police have arrested four associates of the accused who carried out the incident. The four accused had given shelter to Baba’s killers. Along with this, while carrying out the incident, complete information about Baba was given to the accused by the local Dera Sevadar.
Main accused still out of police custody
SSP said that the arrested accused are from Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit districts of Uttar Pradesh. SSP said that the main accused of Baba Tarsem Singh will also be arrested soon. It is said that more than 15 cases are registered against the main accused in the incident, Sarvjeet Singh and Amarjeet Singh.
Details of the accused
The arrested accused have been identified as Dilbag Singh resident of Shahjahanpur, Harvinder alias Pindi resident of Shahjahanpur, Balkar Singh resident of Pilibhit, Amandeep Singh alias Kala resident of Pilibhit. SSP said that the reason behind the incident is not completely clear yet.
