Uttarakhand: When she couldn’t find a taxi, a woman arrived by helicopter to cast her vote; everyone who saw her was surprised

The voting process for the Lok Sabha elections has been completed in Uttarakhand. Many interesting pictures emerged from Uttarakhand during voting. While on one hand the elders reached the polling booths, on the other hand many brides and grooms also reached the centers to vote. Meanwhile, a picture emerged from Haldwani which surprised everyone. In Haldwani, when a woman could not get a taxi to come to vote, she reached there by helicopter to cast her vote.

During voting, a surprising incident came to light from Haldwani. Whoever heard about this was surprised. Actually, Chandra Devi, resident of Ganpati Vihar Phase II of Dahria, had gone to Pithoragarh for some work. But he could not find any means to come to Haldwani to vote. After which she asked her son to book a seat in the helicopter and reached there to vote.
Had gone to Pithoragarh to attend a family function
According to the information received, around 11.30 am on Friday, Dr. Sunil Dev, a resident of Ganpati Vihar Phase 2 of Dahria, was standing outside the helipad at Goulapar, waiting for his mother Chandra Devi. When he was asked about this, he told that his mother had gone to Pithoragarh to attend a family function.
Reached polling station directly from helipad
He told that his mother votes in every election. This time too she wanted to reach home to vote but could not find any means. When she could not get a taxi from Pithoragarh to Haldwani on time, she asked her son to book a seat in a helicopter and reached Haldwani. After which she reached her booth directly from the helipad and voted.
