The matter of encroachment on Haldwani railway land to be removed from the railway land in Vanbhulpura of Haldwani has taken political colour. Congress and SP are constantly attacking the government. At the same time, the encroachers are continuously protesting openly against the state government. On the other hand, local MLAs are also seen opposing the state government. The petition filed by local MLA Sumit Hridayesh in the Supreme Court will be heard tomorrow. Senior Congress leader and advocate Salman Khurshid will appear in SC on behalf of Sumit Hridayesh. On the other hand, well-known advocate Prashant Bhushan has also filed a petition in the matter.

At the same time, on this whole matter, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the matter is under the court. In such a situation, it would be too early to say anything. CM Dhami said that whatever will be the decision of the court, it will be universal and the government will implement that decision. Along with this, on the silent fast done by former Chief Minister Harish Rawat today on this matter, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all people should respect the decision of the court. Dhami government’s cabinet minister Rekha Arya also respected the decision of the High Court and said that all people should respect the decision given by the court in the Haldwani case. Therefore, it is not right to comment on the decision of HC. Also said that the encroachment on government property should be removed. At the same time, SC will hear the matter on Thursday. On the other hand, country’s renowned lawyer Prashant Bhushan has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the removal of encroachment from railway land. His petition will also be heard tomorrow. The Supreme Court has asked to hear all the petitions related to it together.
