China is building a road near Siachen Glacier, satellite images revealed the truth
China has crossed the limits again. Now it is building a road near Siachen Glacier in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). This has been revealed through satellite images. According to the information, this road is made of concrete.
India has objection to this. This road is being built in illegally occupied Kashmir, that is, north of the world’s highest battlefield Siachen. According to the report of English news channel ‘India Today’, a part of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir went to China in 1963. There, China is expanding Highway G-219 in Shaksgam Valley. This area is adjacent to China’s Xinjiang. It is 50 kilometers north of Indira Col of Siachen Glacier.

According to the news report, the latest satellite images that have surfaced have been taken by the European Space Agency. It was revealed that this road was built between June and August last year. After that, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has visited Siachen twice since March. Former commander of the Indian Army’s Fire and Fury Corps, Lieutenant General Rakesh Sharma, said that the road being built towards China is completely illegal. India should protest this matter diplomatically. The Fire and Fury Corps is deployed in Kargil, Siachen Glacier and Eastern Ladakh. However, no official statement has been issued by the Indian government in this regard yet.
