Uttarakhand High Court issued an order rejecting the shifting of the court to Gaulapar. Now the High Court will not be shifted to Gaulapar but somewhere else. Opinion was sought from the litigants including advocates in this matter. A portal will be created to give opinions. At the same time, their opinion will also be sought by giving advertisements in newspapers. A committee was formed to select the city and place. Asked to suggest a place where courts and residences of fifty judges along with 7000 advocate chambers and medical and other facilities could be available.
