Uttarakhand: Municipal Corporation Councilor Sanjay Nautiyal and his entire family will be banned from elections in future!?
A complaint was made by Praveen Bhardwaj to Rajpal and the State Election Commission for banning Councilor Sanjay Nautiyal and his entire family from future elections, on which the State Election Commission took a strict action and informed the Principal Secretary, Uttarakhand Government. Have been asked to take action. Ward no. 6. Former councilor of Doon Vihar, Sanjay Nautiyal had earlier contested the election by submitting a wrong and fake affidavit. According to the government rules published in the Government Gazette of Uttaranchal, any candidate who is living in occupation of Municipal Corporation government land or any member of his family or any of his heirs if any candidate is living in occupation of Municipal Corporation land. If so then he cannot contest elections. Councilor Sanjay Nautiyal’s house and shop have been built by occupying the government land of the Municipal Corporation, despite complete evidence of which was available, Councilor Sanjay Nautiyal contested the election by giving a false and misleading affidavit to the Election Commission. Government departments had supported councilor Sanjay Nautiyal in his wrongdoings by giving him fake dues certificate. It has also been told by Praveen Bhardwaj that action is being taken against the departments which had given fake dues certificates. And action is being taken to recover whatever government money has been misused by Councilor Sanjay Nautiyal in the last 5 years. In Sanjay Nautiyal’s family, Meena Nautiyal, Meenakshi Nautiyal, Manisha Nautiyal, Bhuvana Devi, Babita Nautiyal, Ramchand Nautiyal, etc. will be banned from contesting elections in future because this entire family is living on the land in the possession of Municipal Corporation, of which there is complete proof. These have been given to the State Election Commission and the Governor of Uttarakhand, Dehradun, so that in future no other person can contest elections by applying fake papers. Strict punitive action will be taken against Sanjay Nautiyal on the basis of fake paper. Praveen Bhardwaj also told that Sanjay Nautiyal is the mastermind of making fake papers. In 2017, Sanjay Nautiyal had taken admission in DAV College in LLB by making fake marksheet of BA. A case was registered in Dalanwala police station after fake mark sheets were found during investigation in DAV College. Praveen Bhardwaj also informed that 5 other councilors of the Municipal Corporation: Bhupendra Kathait; Due to several criminal cases against Councilor Chunni Lal, Councilor Kamal Thapa, Councilor Satyendra Nath and Councilor Yogesh Ghaghat, action is being taken to stop the Municipal Corporation elections.
