BJP accused AAP of tarnishing the image of CM Dhami, lodged FIR, read what is the whole matter

Uttarakhand BJP has filed a complaint against Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Aam Aadmi Party for maligning the image of the party and violating the election code of conduct. On behalf of the party, state co-convenor of IT department Praveen Lekhwar has lodged an FIR in Dalanwala police station of Dehradun regarding this entire episode.

In which it has been alleged that an edited video is being circulated on social media by the AAP party as part of a conspiracy to tarnish the image of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and BJP. The video of a statement given by Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami during the election campaign in Delhi has been tampered with by AAP’s social media cell.

In this edited video it is shown that the CM is accepting the boycott of BJP by women. This video has been circulated through a post on social media Instagram in the name of Aam Aadmi Party, which is a gross violation of the Model Code of Conduct.

The issuer of this post has made an attempt to tarnish the image of Chief Minister Dhami and the Bharatiya Janata Party along with improperly influencing the Lok Sabha elections. In this regard, evidence has also been presented by the party in support of the said allegation. In its letter, the party has demanded to take appropriate legal action in this regard against the issuer of Aam Aadmi Party’s social media Instagram post and the persons concerned.
