A young man died in Pauri due to lack of treatment. The young man was referred from one place to another. He died while being taken to a higher center. A big statement of the Director General of Health has come out in this case. He has said that there was a shortage of specialist doctors, so the young man was referred. Unfortunately, he died.

Due to the arrangements of the Uttarakhand Health Department lying on ventilator, another young man died in Pauri due to lack of treatment. When treatment was not found even after wandering from hospital to hospital for hours, the doctors of Haldwani Medical College referred Amit to Delhi. But Amit died on the way before reaching Delhi. There is anger among the people of the area after the incident. Amit’s family has complained about the matter to the DM and Pauri CMO.

DG Health spoke on the death of the young man in Pauri

The state’s Director General of Health Vinita Shah, citing the shortage of specialist doctors in this case, said that Amit’s case was of a neurosurgeon, which is in short supply in the state. That is why Amit was referred to Delhi but unfortunately he died. He said that he is keeping an eye on this matter and a report will be prepared soon.

Referred after referral, but the young man died

Let us tell you that three days ago, Amit Singh (24) son of Girdhar Singh, resident of Devaldhar (Nainidanda) of Pauri Garhwal, suddenly fell ill. The young man was immediately taken to the rural health center Dhumakot. Where, seeing his critical condition, the young man was referred to Nainidanda. But from there also the young man was referred to a higher center.

From Nainidanda, the young man was referred to Ramnagar. Here the doctors referred the young man to Haldwani, saying that it was a paralysis attack. But this series of referrals did not stop even in Haldwani and the doctors referred the young man to Delhi from here also. The young man was being taken to Delhi but he died on the way.
