Truth and Reality

RSS rude, mess social engineering or external leaders preferred on workers… These may be the major reasons for BJP’s shock…

After the results of Lok Sabha elections 2024, now those parties have started introspection, whose performance has not been as expected. BJP is also involved in this. In the last two Lok Sabha elections, BJP got a majority on its own, but this time 32 less MPs have won by its majority. The BJP had given the slogan of ‘this time 400 cross’, but it could win only 240 seats. The National Democratic Alliance led by it has got a majority with 292 seats. But in this majority, Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP and Nitish Kumar have a major contribution of JDU. Both parties have won 16 and 12 seats respectively.

BJP leaders assess that the caste equations are not being able to properly practice behind the poor performance with expectation. In a state like Uttar Pradesh, the BJP had to pay a huge price for it, where the rainbow caste equation was shattered in this Lok Sabha election in the last four elections. The BJP estimates that this time not only did not only some part of the non-Yadav OBC vote bank, but the non-Jatav Dalit voters also slipped into the opposition alliance. The migration of Khatik and Kurmi votes is being specially outlined in non-Yadav Obus.

Opposition for changing constitution is heavy on BJP

At the same time, the Dalits also went with the Congress-SP this time due to Mayawati being completely out of the BSP race. The opposition’s propaganda of changing the Constitution was heavy on the BJP and the party did not counter it properly. BJP has suffered a setback in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Haryana. There is a BJP government in these four states. But the lack of coordination between the government and the organization is being given the major reason for the BJP’s poor performance in these four states. Party workers are angry with their neglect in the government and giving tickets to many current MPs again proved to be a wrong decision.

Aligning with BJP in Odisha is not beneficial

The four states that saved BJP from drowning are- Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha and Karnataka. Among them, the ground organization of BJP in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat is very strong. The party got the benefit this time too. Despite the Congress government in Karnataka, the BJP’s performance was good. Here the BJP got the benefit of handing over the command again in the hands of BS Yeddyurappa camp. The BJP leadership was beneficial to combine with JDS, relying on Yeddyurappa for the assembly elections results. The BJP’s decision not to alliance with Naveen Patnaik in Odisha proved to be correct.

RSS volunteers were heavy in UP-Bihar

The apathy of RSS workers was heavy on BJP in UP and Bihar. It is believed that in the midst of elections, BJP President JP Nadda’s statement about the RSS did not like the volunteers. The Sangh did not like to bring an army of external leaders to BJP and give them tickets. Maharashtra is a big example of this. Neglect of dedicated BJP workers is also a reason for this. Apart from this, BJP repeated its candidates in Uttar Pradesh this time. The party also had to bear the brunt of this.
