Uttar Pradesh: The High Court rejected the petition of Aayushi Patel of NEET 2024, the student herself had made the request
Lucknow student Aayushi Patel had filed a petition in the High Court alleging irregularities in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET 2024. In this, the student had demanded manual evaluation of her OMR sheet. There was a demand to order an inquiry against NTA and to stop NEET counseling. Now in the hearing held on June 18, accepting the request of the same student, the High Court Lucknow Bench dismissed the student’s petition.
According to the information, the National Testing Agency (NTA) presented Aayushi’s original documents in the High Court. On the basis of the document presented by the NTA, the High Court found the student’s petition to be filed on fake documents and considered the petition filed on the basis of fake documents regrettable. The High Court said that the NTA is free to take action in this matter. According to the petition, the result of the student was not declared due to torn OMR. Earlier, the student had filed a petition demanding manual evaluation of her OMR sheet. Along with this, there was a demand to order an inquiry against NTA and to stop NEET counseling.
Aayushi’s video went viral, NTA told the truth
Aayushi, who appeared for NEET for the third time, posted a video calling NTA a fraud and when it went viral, she was told by the National Testing Agency that her application number is not 240411840741. She was told that she had entered the wrong number. Aayushi Patel’s application number is 340 instead of 840. In such a situation, when Aayushi Patel entered 340 in the application number, her result came. In this, marks above 300 are coming. Whereas before this 715 marks were coming.
NTA responded to the petition filed in the High Court, presented evidence
In such a situation, Aayushi Patel’s mind was completely confused after seeing this and she could not understand what was happening. Now Aayushi Patel accuses the National Testing Agency that this is some big scam. Everywhere the number was 840. Now suddenly their result has been generated by making it 340. However, Ayushi Patel told that a petition was filed in the High Court. After this, NTA presented its side in the High Court by presenting documents, evidence and arguments.
