This is what a drone detector candy looks like

The war between Russia and Ukraine continues. Russia is using drones to cause destruction in Ukraine. In such a situation, it is important for the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to know whether the drone flying over them is a Russian drone or not. Candy alerts the presence of any drone and gives the people sitting in the vehicle that is being targeted by it a chance to get out.

How did it get this name

Drone detector candy was invented by Ukrainian programmer Dmitry Selan. He created its prototype for the first time in the year 2022. Selan said, while making the first prototype, I was looking for a normal box. During its search, a plastic sugar box was seen. Hence it was named candy. Now the same candy is working to protect Ukrainian soldiers from Russian drones.

In Ukraine it is called Sukorok. Experts say in the BBC report, it is not an ideal device, but it is a cheap way for the Ukrainian army to protect against drones.

However, Ukraine is also instructing its soldiers to avoid drones that whenever a drone is seen from a distance, they should stabilize themselves. Any kind of movement should be avoided. At the same time, if you are traveling by car, you should increase the speed so that you cannot be targeted.
