Police arrested the accused

In the hospital in Rohdu, Himachal, the doctors informed the police about the rape of the girl. On the complaint of the victim’s father, the police have registered a case against the accused in Mori police station under the sections of rape and POCSO Act. The police have arrested the accused from the village itself. After which he was presented in the court and then he was sent to jail.

Family members were not present at home

Meanwhile, the accused elderly man reached home and did a bad thing with the girl. After a while, when the family members reached home, the accused fled from the spot after hearing the noise.
