CM Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting with Kumaon Commissioner, District Magistrates of Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh and other concerned officials through video conferencing from Gopeshwar (Chamoli) on Monday morning regarding the excessive rainfall in the area, the damage caused by it and the relief and rescue operations. During this, he took information about the rain and the damage caused by it.
Instructions given to expedite relief and rescue operations
During the review meeting, CM Dhami instructed the officials to expedite the relief and rescue operations. Along with this, the CM instructed the concerned departments to work in mutual coordination and be prepared for every possible situation.
