After Article 370 and Ram Mandir, now the path is getting clear for Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the country and this path is going through Uttarakhand. Because Uttarakhand is the first state in the country where UCC has been made a law. However, it has not been implemented yet. It is expected that this law will be implemented by the month of October this year. Meanwhile, big information about UCC has come to the fore that the Uttarakhand government will release the UCC report on Friday.

Population control also mentioned in UCC report

The UCC report also mentions the population control law. However, the government did not include it in the UCC law. Apart from this, the right to adoption was also talked about in the UCC report. But this has also not been included in the law. Volume 1 and Volume 3 of the UCC report will be made public by the government.

UCC law may be implemented in October

Research report on Uniform Civil Code (UCC) will be released in Uttarakhand. The report which was the basis of UCC will be uploaded on the official website. The aim of this step is to make people aware about UCC. It is expected that UCC will be implemented in the state by the month of October, for which a press conference will be held at 12:30 pm.

Let us tell you that the Uttarakhand government had issued a notification of UCC on March 13 this year and with this Uttarakhand became the first state to implement UCC. UCC was implemented after getting approval from President Draupadi Murmu. The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) was passed in the Uttarakhand Assembly in February this year.
