At this very place, a smart thief openly stole the bag from the official car of the officer. However, the CCTV record of this entire incident has come to light.
Stealing the officer’s belongings: In which a cunning criminal is seen monitoring the official vehicle for a long time and then suddenly due to traffic, when the driver of the vehicle parks the vehicle, he takes out the bag from the vehicle. This officer is posted as Additional Chief Municipal Officer in Dehradun Municipal Corporation and has also worked as ADM in Dehradun for a long time. Senior PCS Bir Singh Budiyal has immediately reported the matter to the police after this incident. ETV Bharat spoke to Bir Singh Budiyal on this matter, he told that he had gone towards Ashleyhal on official work, where he got down from the vehicle for a while and was watching the work of the Municipal Corporation nearby.

At present, a complaint has been lodged with the police in this matter. Earlier, thieves had entered the house of senior PCS officer SK Barnwal in Dehradun with the intention of looting. However, the mother of the PCS officer foiled the intentions of the thief.

The bag taken out of Bir Singh Budiyal’s car contained about ₹25000 cash, mobile, many important pen drives and account related documents. It is believed that the gang involved in pickpocketing and theft in Dehradun city has carried out this incident.
