Uttarakhand: The accused of rape was arrested, he had made a handicapped minor a victim of lust
A case of rape of a disabled minor came to light in a village of Bhainsiachana development block of Almora recently. After the rape, the accused was absconding. The police has now arrested the accused.

A case of rape of a disabled person came to light on 18 July from Dhaulchhina village. The accused of which has been arrested by the police. A woman from the village had given a complaint to the police and told that on 18 July she had gone with her sister-in-law to attend a naming ceremony. Most of the people of the village had also gone there. During this time, her 16-year-old disabled daughter was alone at home.
The disabled minor was made a victim of lust
The woman told that when she returned to her house, the door of her house was broken. When she went inside, a young man from the village was molesting her daughter. When the woman saw him and raised an alarm, he ran away. The police registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act and started investigating the matter. The police started searching for him and arrested the accused from Rekh ki Dhar on Wednesday. The accused has been sent to jail after being produced in the court.
