Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Ramnagar today. Here Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the program Sarvodaya 2024 of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Kumaon University Nainital as the chief guest. During this, Ramnagar MLA Diwan Singh Bisht, Kumaon University Vice Chancellor Atul Joshi, College Principal Dr. MC Pandey, Kumaon University Students Union President Piyush Joshi and many others were present.
During this, the Chief Minister said about the organization of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Nainital that ABVP is the largest student organization in the world, which works with teachers for the all-round development of the students. He said that these youth of today are the future of tomorrow. Speaking at the program, the Chief Minister of the state Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the youth is the future of the country. The coming decade will belong to Uttarakhand. Regarding this, the state and central government are continuously working in this direction. He said that today the state government has taken many historic decisions for the benefit of the unemployed and the people of Uttarakhand. Which mainly includes uniform civil code along with copy-free law.
CM Dhami said that the government is constantly making full efforts for the development of the state. Regarding the Kedarnath disaster, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the rescue operation is going on. The rescue operation started from 6 am today. About 150 people have been sent to Sirsi helipad from Lynchauli via heli. The SDRF team along with the district administration team is continuously running a search operation. Almost the search operation has been completed to a great extent. Regarding the landslides in different areas of Nainital, he said that wherever such incidents have happened, the district administration has been instructed to take immediate action.
On reaching Ramnagar, Pushkar Singh Dhami made 11 announcements. Which includes the announcement of building a media center, mini stadium in the college of Ramnagar, sewerage line in Ramnagar etc. Along with this, 11 announcements were made. He mainly agreed on many demands on the memorandum given by Ramnagar MLA Diwan Singh Bisht regarding the problems of Ramnagar area.
