The Chief Minister said that on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, we all have to take a pledge that we should try to contribute to the progress of the country and Uttarakhand by adopting the path of public welfare shown by Vishwakarma, the patron of crafts, art, science and technology. He said that the progress of any state is possible only when the people of that state play an important role in development by adopting the path of public welfare.
