Minor girl missing from Kirti Nagar found in Najibabad, 3 arrested on charges of kidnappingā¦

The police have found the teenager who went missing from Kirti Nagar from Najibabad. Three youths involved in kidnapping the teenager have been arrested. The kidnapping section has been added in the case. On Tuesday, Hindu organizations vandalized a shop in Kirti Nagar on the charge of religious conversion. There was also a ruckus in Kirti Nagar police station.
Case of kidnapping a minor from Kirti Nagar
Actually, a few days ago, a minor teenager in Kirti Nagar area was accused of conversion and love jihad by a youth of a particular community. After this, there was a situation of tension in the area. The family members had also given a complaint in the police station in the matter. The youth of the particular community, who was accused of kidnapping the teenager, fled from the spot.
Minor teenager rescued from Najibabad
The police have arrested the three accused from different places under Kotwali Kirti Nagar on the charges of molesting the minor, converting and kidnapping her from home. Police said that the minor has been rescued from the house of the relatives of the accused from Najibabad. Medical examination of all four is being done. After the medical examination, all four will be presented in the court.
CCTV gave important clues
ASP JR Joshi said that the relatives of the minor had given a complaint application in the police station on the charges of molestation and religious conversion. Taking the matter seriously, the police registered a case against two people and started investigation. On October 28, the minor’s mother verbally informed the police administration about her running away from home. After which the police formed a committee and started searching for the accused. ASP said that in the CCTV footage installed near Uflda, two people were seen taking the minor with them.
Two accused arrested from Najibabad
On the basis of CCTV, Rakesh Bhatt (age 32 years) of village Ghildiyal village police station Kirtinagar has been arrested. While one accused Mohsin is absconding. ASP said that Salman alias Ishan (age 23 years) son of Amiruddin, village Akbarpura Chaugawan, police station Najibabad, Bijnor Uttar Pradesh and Imran alias Shan Malik (age 24 years) son of Mohammad Umar resident of village Moazzampur Tulsi alias Garhi police station Najibabad district Bijnor Uttar Pradesh have been arrested from Najibabad late Wednesday night on charges of religious conversion and molestation.
The accused will appear in court
JR Joshi said that the arrested accused are brothers in relation. Both are friends of Salman who kidnapped the minor girl. He told that the police is engaged in the search of Mohsin. Told that the minor along with the three accused have been taken to Tehri for medical. After which all four will be presented in the court.
The minor had created an ID by changing the name on Instagram
Kirtinagar Kotwali in-charge Devraj Sharma said that the minor had created an ID in the name of Amin Mirza on Instagram. After which the minor became friends with the main accused Salman. Told that the conversation between the two was going on for about seven months.
The market remained open as before
The matter has calmed down after the accused of the riot in Kirti Nagar on Tuesday were arrested. On Wednesday, the market remained completely open except the shops of a particular community. The shops of Kirti Nagar remained completely open. The market is open today on Thursday as well.
