The district administration has taken this decision in view of the safety of the passengers. The movement of vehicles on the Almora Quarab National Highway will be completely closed from 9 pm to 6 am from October 29 to November 9. The administration has prepared an alternative route for the passengers. Along with this, ambulances and other essential service vehicles have been exempted from this ban.
