The doors of Gangotri Dham have been closed on the occasion of Annakoot today, November 2. During this, the devotees who reached to have darshan of the mother chanted Jai Maa Ganga.
The doors of Gangotri Dham closed for winter
On the holy festival of Annakoot, the priests of Gangotri Dham have closed the doors of Gangotri Dham for winter at 12:14 pm with due rituals. During this, the devotees chanted Jai Maa Ganga. The devotees also sought blessings of happiness and prosperity from Mother Ganga. After this, the festive palanquin of Mother Ganga left for Mukhaba village.
The doors of other Dhams will be closed on this day
The doors of Kedarnath Dham will be closed as per tradition on the occasion of Bhaiya Dooj on November 3 at 8:30 pm. Whereas on this day the doors of Yamunotri Dham will be closed at 12:03 pm. Whereas the doors of Badrinath Dham will be closed for the devotees on November 17 at 9:07 pm.
