According to the information received, the incident is said to have taken place on October 29. After the incident, the student went to Delhi on October 30. Where the victim gave a complaint to Delhi Police. Delhi Police sent the complaint to Dehradun as the case was from Dehradun. On the basis of which the police has registered a case.
Police engaged in investigating the case
According to the information received from the police, the police has started investigating the case. Both the students study in a private college located in Subhash Nagar. The victim is currently undergoing treatment with a psychiatrist in the hospital.
