Defense Minister Rajnath Singh felicitated martyr families in Jammu on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas on Sunday. In the program held at Gulshan Ground, he told in detail about the martyrs of Kargil war. He said that Kargil Vijay is a proud chapter of the army’s valor and valor.
