Cabinet Minister Prem Chand Agarwal has wished the people of the state on Constitution Day. He said that the celebration of Constitution Day was started by the Prime Minister. Since the year 2015, this day is being celebrated every year as Indian Constitution Foundation Day. Today, on this occasion, the joint parliament was also addressed.
