During the winter journey, devotees will be able to visit the places of stay after the doors of Chardham are closed. The Uttarakhand government has also started efforts for this. In the winter journey, the Dhami government is giving the benefit of 10 percent discount in the rent of GMVN guest house.
CM, Cabinet Minister will invite devotees
During winter, there is a lot of snowfall in the high Himalayan regions of the state. During this time, the government has started sharpening the preparations on a priority basis so that the travelers do not face any kind of problem. Along with this, the government has decided that the Chief Minister, Cabinet Minister and other leaders will visit each religious place and invite the devotees. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the government is looking at it as a priority so that the devotees and tourists coming to the winter destinations do not have to face any kind of problems. The government has started working for this.
CM Dhami said that today there is fog in many places in the country, the sun is not visible. On the contrary, Himalayas are being seen in Uttarakhand. The environment is also clean. CM Dhami said that he himself will try to do winter travel. Along with this, other people including cabinet ministers and state president Mahendra Bhatt will go to each place and invite people to come. Therefore, with the grace of Kedarnath, there will be a 12-month Chardham Yatra in the coming time.
Dhami on Uttarkashi mosque dispute
On the Uttarkashi mosque dispute, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that when he went to Uttarkashi, people of various social organizations had submitted a memorandum. Then he had also expressed some apprehensions. In such a situation, the Uttarkashi District Magistrate has been ordered to re-examine. In such a situation, his investigation will be completed soon. Further action will be taken after the investigation is completed.
