Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bahuguna had arrived as the chief guest in the final. Here a ruckus broke out between the Congressmen and journalists who were taken into police custody.

But yesterday the Congressmen did not know that the journalists’ program was going on in the police line. Perhaps the journalists also did not know that the police would bring the Congress workers here after taking them into custody.
