IndiGo rejected the report
IndiGo has denied this report of AirHelp Inc. Low-cost airline IndiGo has said in a statement that the data published in the survey conducted by AirHelp does not report the sample size from India nor takes into account the methodology or compensation guidelines used by the global aviation industry. In such a situation, it raises doubts about its reliability.
IndiGo said that India’s aviation regulator DGCA publishes monthly data on airline punctuality and customer complaints. The airline said that IndiGo has consistently scored high on punctuality.
